Place cookies in freezer upon receiving.

When ready to bake, place cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheetpan. 2.5 inches apart. Let sit at room temperature for 30 mins.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake for 12 minutes, on average, and rotate halfway through. Cool on pan for 2 minutes then remove to a cooling rack. Enjoy warm or room temp. Baked cookies last 3-5 days in a sealed container.
