Chive Flat Bread

Makes 6
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour, 1 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Greek Yogurt, 1 cup
Salt, pinch
Chives, 2 tsp
Butter, ¼ cup, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Then knead a few times by hand in the bowl. Place on a flour dusted surface and divide into 6 pieces.
Take each piece and roll out until thin, dust your surface and rolling pin with flour if it gets sticky.
Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Brush one side with the melted butter and place butter side down on the pan, brush upside with butter. Cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes, flip and finish cooking. Place on a plate and cook the rest of your breads.
Serve hot with butter or fill with any desired topping like shawarma, rotisserie chicken, grilled steak asada, etc.
